2. Where do you deliver? What are your delivery options and how long does it usually take?
The time frame for order delivery is twofold:
The processing time is one part of order fulfillment.
The order is verified and tailored.
The quality is checked, and then the item is ready for packaging. All orders are sent from the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
The second phase is the actual shipping.
Items ship from our warehouse to the destination.
International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
3. How do I know if the product is in stock?
All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
4. How do I know what the exact delivery time will be?
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once you place your order.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the time of the order.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your request within [15 to 30] business days of the date of your order.
Business day means Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on the Chinese New Year.
Chinese New Year on February the 16th may cause delays once a year. Please note we work a half day on Thursday, and we are unavailable most of the day.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, a method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Products are delivered in separate shipments at times.
5. What do I do if I have special delivery instructions?
You can provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website.
6. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.
To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
At the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. If you are in the U.S., you will pay the sales tax according to your state.
7. What happens if our items are damaged during transport?
