Prayer When Everything Feels Like It’s Falling Apart: Holding onto God’s Promises

Heavenly Father,

Sometimes my world feels like it’s crumbling, and I don’t know which way to turn. In those moments, remind me that although I may be afflicted, I am not crushed; though I feel perplexed, I will not be driven to despair. Help me to wait on You, knowing that those who hope in You will renew their strength and soar on wings like eagles. Guard my heart and mind with Your peace that surpasses understanding as I bring my worries and fears to You in prayer and thanksgiving. When troubles surround me, remind me that You have already overcome the world and that You will never leave me nor forsake me. Fill me with hope, courage, and the assurance that You are at work even when I cannot see it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
