Gathered in Your hands,
Your bountiful bestowals descend,
Like the worlds cresting waves,
An offering for the life you soul defend.
At Your feet, we kneel in awe,
Thine open hands, grant unendless grace,
To fill our hearts with gratitude and praise,
In every season, in every place.
From mountains high to seamless plains,
Through the turmoil and thundering waves,
Shine your love like beams breaking,
Through the darkest days.
Embrace us in your love, O Lord,
Such blessings, so heavy is the load,
Empowering us beyond the sea,
In every moment, the divine we see.
Scriptures:
Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Psalm 103:1-5, "Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion."
