A Prayer for Election Day Grace and Wisdom

Almighty God, the sovereign ruler over all nations, we come before You on this Election Day, seeking Your divine guidance and wisdom. As we exercise our civic duty and participate in the democratic process, we pray for Your hand of blessing upon our nation.

Grant us discernment to choose leaders who will uphold Your principles of justice, righteousness, and compassion for all (Proverbs 14:34). May those elected be individuals of integrity, humility, and a strong moral compass, leading with a heart to serve and uplift our communities.

We pray for unity within our nation, transcending political affiliations and ideologies. Remind us that as Your children, we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves, regardless of differences (Matthew 22:39). May our shared faith in You, our Heavenly Father, be the foundation upon which we build bridges of understanding and common ground.
