A Prayer to Overcome Self-Hatred

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You with a heavy heart, burdened by self-hatred and negativity. I confess that I have allowed the enemy's lies to define my self-worth, and I ask for Your mercy and grace to set me free. Help me to see myself through Your eyes, to recognize my value and worth in Christ. I reject the lies of the enemy and choose to believe that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, that I am loved, and that I am worthy of love and acceptance. Fill me with Your love and affirmation, and help me to love myself as You love me.

1. Psalm 139:14 (I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.)
2. Romans 8:1 (Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.)
