FEAR NO EVIL

FEAR NO EVIL

Heavenly Father,

We come before you with hearts full of gratitude and praise, acknowledging your infinite goodness and unwavering love. You are the source of all light and life, the one who lifts us up when we are weary and strengthens us when we falter. We thank you for your boundless grace and mercy that sustain us each day.

Lord, we are reminded of your promises in Scripture, where you assure us of your constant presence and guidance. In Psalm 23, we find comfort in the words, "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Thank you, Lord, for being our ever-present help in times of trouble.

We are also reminded of your faithfulness in Psalm 46, where it says, "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea." Your steadfast love surrounds us like a shield, giving us courage to face whatever challenges may come our way.

Father, we thank you for the countless blessings you have bestowed upon us, both seen and unseen. We praise you for the gift of life, for the beauty of creation, and for the love of family and friends. Help us to never take these blessings for granted, but to always give thanks for your abundant goodness.

Lord, we lift up our hearts to you in prayer, knowing that you hear our every cry and answer our every need. We trust in your promises, knowing that you are faithful to fulfill them in your perfect timing. Help us to remain steadfast in our faith, knowing that you are working all things together for our good.

As we go forth from this place, may your peace which surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. May we walk in the confidence of your love, knowing that you are always with us, guiding us and protecting us each step of the way.

In Jesus' name we pray,
Amen.
