We did not earn the sunrise this morning, yet it came. We did not deserve mercy, yet it met us at the door. Paul reminds us: "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith — and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God." (Ephesians 2:8). Grace is not a reward. It is a rescue. Stop trying to be worthy of what God has already freely given. Receive it. Walk in it. Live from it.
