Prayer for Strength in Hard Work and Toxic Bosses (Refuge in Faith)

In the forge of my workplace, I stand, O Rock of Ages,
Where tasks are heavy, like iron in cages.
With words as my hammer, I shape my plea,
To endure this toil, let Your strength be my decree.

I feel the weight of toxic words, like a storm's cruel lash,
Yet in Your shelter, I find refuge, my spirit You do not bash.
Your peace, like a cooling forge, tempers my soul,
In Your protection, I find my role.
