Prayer for Strength When Burnt Out

Heavenly Father, the Source of Endless Energy and Renewal,

In this time of burnout, where my strength wanes and my spirit feels drained, I come to You for restoration and support. Help me to find solace in Your presence and rejuvenation in Your care.

Lord, guide me in understanding the limits of my body and mind. Teach me the value of rest and the importance of taking care of myself. Grant me the wisdom to recognize when to pause, recharge, and seek Your peace.

In moments of exhaustion and overwhelm, remind me that I do not bear these burdens alone. You are with me, offering Your yoke, which is easy and burden light. Let me find rest in You, drawing upon Your limitless energy and strength.

I pray for a renewal of my energy, a revival of my enthusiasm, and a restoration of my soul. Fill me with Your grace, and uplift my spirit, so I may continue to serve and work with renewed vigor and joy.

Thank You, Lord, for Your promise to renew the strength of those who wait on You. In my weariness, I look to You for the strength to soar on wings like eagles, to run and not grow weary, to walk and not be faint.
