Prayer to Put the Most High First

O Most High, Sovereign Lord of all,
I bow before You, answering Your call.
With every breath, I place You first,
Above all else, in You I thirst.

For You are the Author of all that’s good,
The King of glory, with love understood.
I seek Your will, not my own,
In Your mighty presence, I am made whole.

Let Your Word be the lamp to my feet,
Your purpose, my path, so faithful, so sweet.
Guide my heart to seek You alone,
To place You first, on Your heavenly throne.

When distractions arise, keep my heart still,
With unwavering trust in Your perfect will.
May my actions reflect Your holy grace,
And bring honor to Your holy place.

In every moment, both joyful and grave,
I trust in You, my Savior to save.
All glory, all honor, to You alone,
Forever my heart, Your will is my home.
