THE LORD STILL IN CHARGE

The easiest thing and the best thing is just to keep going with where you're going - focused on God and staying along the path. 'He that endures until the end shall be saved.'

So no matter what happens, if the boat's rocking and you're in the storm, or if you feel that a hurricane is coming and you're in the house, stay prayed up.

 Hold on.

Don't give up. Because the Lord is still in charge.

It's very easy, especially looking at what is often obviously the last days before King Jesus comes back, very easy to get caught up in despair.

And it's kind of interesting, if I'm honest, a lot of times I see that people will...

One minute they're talking about the good word and the next minute they're in despair.

But I don't think that despair is necessary. And despair is not necessary because of everything that follows right here in Psalm 123.

Make sure you have a great day today. And if you're having a hard time... Just take some time to pray. Ask God for help. And think about 5 things you can be grateful for.

Psalm 123

King James Version

123 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.

Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy upon us.

Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.
