REFUND POLICY

Our Policy on Refunds: At our store, we prioritize customer satisfaction, but please note that we do not accept product returns. Instead, we provide the option of a refund or a store discount under specific conditions. We process refunds within 48 hours.

Refund or Discount Eligibility:
- To initiate a refund or request a store discount, simply contact us with your proof of purchase. This is essential for us to assist you efficiently.
- Ensure the product remains unused, in its original state, and accompanied by its original packaging if applicable.

Limited Refunds: There are scenarios where only limited refunds might be issued:
- For items that have been used, such as books or opened multimedia products (e.g., CDs, DVDs, tapes, vinyl records).
- Products not in their initial condition, items that are damaged, or those missing parts not because of an error on our part.
- Requests made for refunds or discounts beyond the 30-day period after delivery.

Processing Refunds: Upon reviewing your refund request, we will inform you of the decision. If your request meets our criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method or offer a store discount, as per your choice.

Refund Delays or Issues: If your refund is delayed or missing, please check the following before contacting us:
- Review your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is formally posted.
- Check with your bank for any processing delays.

Non-refundable Items: Please be aware that sale items cannot be refunded. Only items purchased at regular price may be considered for a refund or discount.

Exchanges: For defective or damaged items, we offer exchanges for the same product. Please send us an email at sicshop23@proton.me for exchange requests.

Gifts: If you received an item as a gift, and it was sent directly to you, you could opt for a gift credit for the return's value. Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
